This page is designed to help insurance brokers who need USL&H coverage in the State of Washington for their insureds.
WARP requires a fully completed and signed application and payment in order to bind.
Do I need to be appointed with WARP?
No contract needed! All Washington licensed insurance brokers can access WARP. We pay commissions of $25o plus 2.5% of premium for each policy issued.
How much is the policy?
WARP has a $900 minimum premium for an annual policy. Premium is adjustable based on actual payrolls for the year. Please see our rate information and the Premium & Payroll rules for more detail.
Can you issue short term/ project policies?
No, WARP only issues annual policies.
How do I know if something is subject to USL&H or not?
USL&H can be confusing! If you have a question about whether a project or client would be subject to USL&H, please let us know and we would be happy to discuss it with you.
